Compliance
SpicyRx services are available only in select U.S. states where our affiliated medical group is licensed to prescribe.
Service Availability
SpicyRx services are offered in a curated set of U.S. states. Eligibility is verified during the intake flow; if your state is not currently supported, you will be notified before any clinical review takes place and you will not be charged. Availability may change based on provider licensure and applicable regulatory requirements.
Synchronous-Visit States
In certain states, applicable regulations require a synchronous (real-time audio or video) visit for all visit types — asynchronous intake alone is not sufficient. If you are located in one of these states, you will be prompted to schedule a synchronous visit during intake before a clinician can review your case.
Pharmacy Partners
SpicyRx fulfills prescriptions through licensed pharmacy partners that meet state board-of-pharmacy standards. You are free to obtain your prescription from any pharmacy of your choice by contacting support and notifying your prescribing clinician.
Provider Network
Consultations are conducted by physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners employed or contracted by DrTelx, an independent telehealth medical group, and licensed in your state of residence.
Reporting a Concern
If you have a concern about a medical professional involved in your care, you may contact the Medical Board in your state. To report a concern to SpicyRx directly, email support@spicyrx.com with the subject line "Compliance Concern."
