Refund Policy
We maintain a 30-day return window from item receipt. Items must remain unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with seals and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact support@spicyrx.com. Returns require prior approval; unsolicited packages cannot be accepted. Approved returns receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages and Issues
Inspect orders immediately upon arrival. Contact us without delay if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the matter.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Prescription medications, including SpicyRx Hot Sauce, once dispensed (subject to state board-of-pharmacy rules)
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods once opened
- Hazardous materials or temperature-sensitive shipments
- Sale items or gift cards
State board-of-pharmacy rules generally prohibit return of any dispensed prescription product, regardless of condition. Contact us regarding any specific item concerns.
Exchanges
For non-prescription items, return your current item first. Once the return is accepted, purchase the replacement separately for the fastest service.
Prescription exchanges (e.g., dosage adjustments) are handled through your prescribing clinician inside the patient portal, not via this refund process.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of an approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may add additional processing time. Contact us if 15 or more business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund.
"Risk-Free": No Charge If You Don't Qualify
If a SpicyRx-affiliated clinician reviews your intake and determines that Hot Sauce is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged for the medication or the clinician consultation.
